Posted by admin | LIVE Show | Tuesday 26 January 2010 6:29 am

This week on Bodybag & Forehead LIVE!!!

First off, freelance reporter Dave Derringer will join us for his weekly race/event update we call the Derringer Experience. There was plenty to talk about at A2 and being a veteran of the industry, it’s no doubt ‘Double D’ will have some interesting perceptions that run-of-the-mill fans like us probably didn’t notice.

Next up we’ll have AMA Arenacross points leader Tyler Bowers chime in. Tyler is fresh off a 2 night sweep of Arenacross in Hampton VA and he’ll join Bodybag & Forehead to chat about this weekends’ victory. Bowers is leading the AX Series points chase out front of wily veteran racers Chad Johnson, Nathan Skaggs, Josh Demuth and Brock Sellards. We’ll see what Tyler has planned for the next 10 races before the AX series wraps up in Vegas this May.

Sean Borkenhagen has been on the edge of a Top10 finish since A1 of 2009. For 2010, Sean has a new team, and he’s closer than ever to getting that first Top10 ride. Sean will tell us about his new KTM Lites Class Rocket and his ideas about his series so far. Sean actually thinks that Bodybag may have spawned the origin of his racing and riding career, so we’ll get to the bottom of that too.

Also on this episode of Bodybag & Forehead, we’ll be re-capping the race happenings from A2 including the pit antics and on track action. Then we’ll do a bit of Fantasy Racing coverage before we call it a night. Stay tuned ‘til the end because we have a new trick up our sleeve for our MXTalkRadio.com Fantasy League players.

Bodybag & Forehead LIVE!!! Trey Canard, Michael Byrne, Dave Derringer… More!

Posted by admin | LIVE Show | Tuesday 19 January 2010 11:58 pm

Tonight on Bodybag & Forehead LIVE!!!

First off, freelance reporter Dave Derringer will join us while on a layover in Phoenix. Dave is a veteran of the industry, he’s worked for nearly every publication or website you can think of. Double D was at Phoenix and witnessed all the action first hand, so no doubt he’ll have some interesting Perceptions of Phoenix that the regular mortals like us might not have noticed.

Next up we’ll have 250 West contender Trey Canard give us his thoughts on the young season. On paper, this was going to be a 2 rider race for the title in the 250 class between Canard and Weimer. Trey had a good night at A1 and it looked like the pundits were on track, but Trey struggled in Phoenix and came up 7th for the night, making his championship run a difficult one. We’ll get Trey to talk about his week, and what he plans for the rest of the series.

Michael Byrne has been piloting his own effort in 2010… literally. Burner bought his own bike, his own RV and has been campaigning as a full-tilt privateer so far this season. However, Byrne has some exciting news about what he might be riding this weekend at A2, and we’ll let him share it with you in his own words tonight.

Also on this show, a comedy piece we’ve been working on called ‘This Week in Gay Supercross’. It will be our first swing at it, but we guarantee there will be some laughs to be had. Lastly, we’ll cover some MotoXDream Fantasy Racing in the MXTalkRadio Friends Division.
